We want you to be completely satisfied with your clothing purchase from us. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to accept returns within a certain timeframe and under certain conditions.

Conditions for Returns
Clothing items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:
- Items must be requested for return within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
- All tags must be attached and the item must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Ordering the wrong size (Please consult our size chart carefully).
- Selecting the wrong color.
- Simply changing your mind after the item has been produced.
Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent by our production team.**

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds:
- Once your return is inspected and approved (due to damage or defect), a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a clothing item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items (Our Responsibility)
If you receive a damaged or defective clothing item, or if the print is misaligned, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) with a photo of the defect. We will:
- Arrange for a free replacement item to be printed and shipped to you, or
- Issue a full refund.
