Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your clothing purchase from us. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to accept returns within a certain timeframe and under certain conditions.

Conditions for Returns

Clothing items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

Items must be requested for return within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
All tags must be attached and the item must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON PRINT-ON-DEMAND: Since every item is custom printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to buyer’s error, which includes:

Ordering the wrong size (Please consult our size chart carefully).
Selecting the wrong color.
Simply changing your mind after the item has been produced.

Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent by our production team.**

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds:

Once your return is inspected and approved (due to damage or defect), a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a clothing item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items (Our Responsibility)

If you receive a damaged or defective clothing item, or if the print is misaligned, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) with a photo of the defect. We will:
